Madrid P1 2026

Madrid opens the run-in to the 2026 finale — the first tour stop after London's history-making week, with the Paris Major waiting seven days later. Tapia and Coello arrive as the world's top pair riding a six-final winning streak; Galán and Chingotto, six titles deep into their own season, need to halt it before Paris. In the women's draw, all eyes are on whether teenage champions Fernández and Calvo can back up their London breakthrough against a wounded No.1 pairing. Leandro Augsburger returns as a defending Madrid P1 champion from 2025. The Spanish capital rarely needs extra plot; this year it has plenty.
