Kuwait Major 2026

Elevated from P1 to Major status for 2026 after the postponement of the Qatar Major, Kuwait now hosts the third of the season's four biggest events — and the last Major before the Mexico finale. The upgrade raises everything: points, prestige, pressure. For Galán and Chingotto it is another shot at the Major title their season still lacks; for Tapia and Coello, a chance to stretch their lead in the year's defining rivalry. In the women's draw, a Major in the Gulf could be where the No.1 race is decided. Kuwait asked for a bigger stage; it got one.
