Franco Stupaczuk
Defensive specialist. Granite-like consistency at the back, devastating counter-attack, mental toughness that breaks opponents.
Biography
Franco Stupaczuk is one of padel's most consistent performers — a player who has been in or near the world's top five for the best part of a decade. The Argentine began 2026 alongside Miguel Yanguas, reaching the New Giza P2 final, before the late-August reshuffle handed him a new partner in Sanz. The new pairing could hardly have started better: they won the FIP Gold Belgrade on their debut, beating former partners Nieto and Yanguas 6-3 7-5 in the final, and will be seeded fourth for the Paris Major at Roland-Garros. World No.7 on 6,000 points, Stupaczuk remains one of the hardest players in the world to put away.
