Biography
Ari Sánchez is leading one of 2026's most intriguing projects. The winter mercato ended her partnership with Paula Josemaría, and Sánchez chose youth: 19-year-old Andrea Ustero. The pair struck immediately, beating world No.1s Brea and Triay 3-6 6-1 6-4 in the season-opening Riyadh Season P1 final, and added a second title on home soil at Valencia P1 in June, with further final runs in Gijón, Rome and Valladolid. A former world No.1, Sánchez sits at No.5 on 14,071 points, providing the attacking spark and big-match experience in the tour's most watchable new pairing.
